Orders:
All goods offered on this site are subject to stock being availabile. Orders shall be delivered to a single location unless specifically agreed by The Company in writing.
Prices and VAT:
All goods that are offered for sale by The Company on this site are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate when the goods are dispatched.
All Recommended Retail Prices (RRP’s) shown on this site are purely given as a guide price and include VAT.
Payment:
The Company’s normal payment terms are cleared funds, in our bank account before dispatch of goods. Credit terms may be extended to you by The Company at The Company’s discretion but will only be done so when agreed in writing by The Company in advance of order confirmation. New accounts are subject to proforma invoice unless by prior written arrangement with The Company.
The Company accepts payment by cash, cheque, bankers draft, BACS or most major credit/debit cards. Bank details for BACS payment are China Access International Ltd, Account Number: 12322268 Sort Code: 30-95-47. Represented cheques: A charge of £20.00 will be made for any cheques returned or represented. The Company also reserves the right to charge interest of 5% above the bank of England base rate per annum and all other charges accrued on all overdue accounts, up until such time as the account is paid for in full.
Payment on the internet via secure payment facility is also available where most major debt/credit cards are excepted and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Damages or shortages:
All damages or shortages must be notified in writing to The Company within two working days of delivery or collection. Damaged goods should not be further unpacked and should be returned to the company on The Company’s request. The Company reserves the right to either replace the damaged goods or give you a full refund for the goods. In the case that damaged goods are replaced, the cost of transport shall be paid by The Company.
Descriptions and Dimensions:
All product dimensions and descriptions of goods on this site are given in good faith and to the best of our ability and knowledge at the time of writing. Dimensions may vary and should be regarded as approximate dimensions only.
Minimum order:
There is no minimum order value from this site. All orders that are received and exceed the total value of £100 (excluding VAT) and are to be delivered within the regions of England or Wales to one single delivery address shall be made free of charges.
All orders that are received and are below the total value of £100 (excluding VAT) and are to be delivered within the regions of England or Wales to one single delivery address shall be subject to a single surcharge of £7.50 plus VAT.
All orders that are received and exceed the total value of £100 (excluding VAT) and are to be delivered within the regions of Scotland or Northern Ireland to one single delivery address shall be subject to a surcharge of £5 plus VAT.
All orders that are received and are below the total value of £100 (excluding VAT) and are to be delivered within the regions of Scotland or Northern Ireland to one single delivery address shall be subject to a surcharge of £15 plus VAT.
Collections from The Company’s warehouse can be arranged - please give reasonable notice for the picking of orders.
Delivery:
The Company shall use its best endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from receipt of order and payment.
Retention Of Title:
All goods remain the property of The Company until all invoices or outstanding balances are paid in full.
Alterations:
The Company reserves the right to amend pack quantities, product colours, assortment mixes, packaging or prices if necessary without prior notice.
Loss of profits:
The Company will not accept any liability for loss of profits or damages resulting from non-delivery of ordered products due to items being out of stock, transportation problems or any other circumstances.
Returned Goods:
A handling fee of 20% of the product value (plus carriage at cost) will be charged to the customers accounts for ordered goods returned through no error of The Company.
Governing law and jurisdiction:
Customers who access this web site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent that any local laws are applicable.
All terms and conditions contained on this web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. By using this web site, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of this web site.
Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.
